An official update details a list of known and recently resolved bugs in Pokémon Champions. Current known issues include an incorrect damage description for the Leech Seeded status, turn order irregularities during simultaneous Mega Evolutions, and a move selection freeze that can be temporarily bypassed by toggling the forfeit window. Additionally, a communication error involving transfers from Pokémon HOME has been fully fixed.
Pokémon Champions has provided an update regarding several known and resolved game issues.
Known issues
The following issues are currently occurring and are planned to be resolved in a future data update or through maintenance:
- Leech Seeded status text: The explanatory text incorrectly states that the Pokémon takes damage equal to 1/16 of its max HP, rather than the correct 1/8 of its max HP. Please note that this damage calculation is already performed correctly during battles.
- Mega Evolution turn order: When both players’ Pokémon Mega Evolve simultaneously under certain conditions, the turn order may behave incorrectly.
- Gender display bugs: Gender is displayed incorrectly for certain Pokémon within the tutorial and in shared Replica Teams.
- Lightning Rod Ability: When a Pokémon has the Encore status, the Ability Lightning Rod may not activate correctly.
- Move selection freeze: When looking at move details during battle, moving the cursor to align with MEGA EVOLVE and pressing the B Button causes the player to become unable to select a move. If this issue occurs, opening the forfeit window with the − Button and then closing it again will allow you to select a move and avoid becoming stuck in this state.
Resolved issues
A communication error that would sometimes occur when sending Pokémon to visit from Pokémon HOME has been resolved. This error will no longer prevent players from withdrawing their Pokémon or having their Pokémon visit Pokémon Champions.
Going forward, developers will continue investigating issues outside of those listed above.
